Science is not against God. It explains God.

let's settle the debate once and for all. God exists - here's proof.

I have a degree in Psychology.
I studied the structures of the human brain.
I studied how our biology is created.
I binge-watched lectures on how the universe was created.

And the more I study Psychology, Biology, and Physics, the more I realize:

Science is not against God. It explains God.

And today I want to tell you how I came to that conclusion. So in the following, I will lay out my argument on why I believe God exists (I know that's a heavy one, so feel free to debate me, just reply to this e-mail and I get back to you).

Quick Announcement:

If you’re a creator and want to learn how to grow your audience by the 1000s, replace your 9-5 with a sustainable writing business, create content that attracts your tribe and makes people feel seen, and learn how to write content that connects with souls…I’m opening 1 spot for 1-1 Mentoring (I will choose by the end of this week).

Disclaimer:

This is a different kind of mentoring. I’ve added 60,000+ followers to my clients (you can have a look at my client results here), but the numbers are secondary. In my mentoring program, we use writing to get to know ourselves. To be a force in this world. To share what we truly believe in. To serve. To have deep impact on other people’s lives. If that resonates, I’m here.

Just reply to this e-mail with “Mentor” and I get back to you.

Who is God?

First, it’s important to define God.

Here’s mine:

I don’t see God as a person in the sky.

For me, God is the universe, nature, consciousness, soul, and our interconnectedness to all beings.

God is an invisible force that connects us all to one single source.

So from that perspective, we see:

The goal of science is to explain reality. And the definition of God is “the sum of all reality”.

Meaning the goal of science is to explain how God works.

The Creation of the Universe

Here’s a quick summary of how the universe was created:

13.8 billion years ago the Big Bang gave birth to the universe.

For 380,000 years the universe was hot, dense & without form.

Then it expanded, leading it to cool down, allowing particles to come together to form the 1st atom - hydrogen.

As the clouds of hydrogen thinned, light was born.

Interestingly, this story of creation aligns with Genesis: “In the beginning, the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.” (Gen. 1:2) "Let there be light." (Gen. 1:3)

Humans are made out of Stardust

99% of your body consists of 6 elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus.

Where did these elements come from?

Stars.

Every atom in your body was forged in a star billions of years ago.

You’re made of stardust. Literally.

Therefore the way I see it:

Science doesn’t challenge the idea of a Creator - it reveals the process. You ARE the universe experiencing itself.

The Illusion of Separation.

As we established, the atoms in your body are the same as those scattered throughout the universe.

Everything starts as energy in the quantum field, where particles create matter.

Atoms are always interacting, showing the interconnectedness of the universe.

Meaning:

You’re not separate. You are one with the universe. And that’s not some “woo-woo spirituality” saying that. That’s science.

So when the Bible says, "God created the heavens and the earth," it’s not far from saying: "The quantum field gave birth to reality."

The reality of Oneness

The universe is interconnected through a shared consciousness.

Indigenous peoples have understood this for millennia:

  • Forests communicate.

  • Rivers flow as part of intricate systems.

  • Living beings exist in a relationship with one another.

Every river, forest, and atom tells the same story:

We are all one.

Science reveals what spirituality has always known:

We are part of something far greater than ourselves.

Who am I?

Let's talk about perception.

When you look at an object, light bounces off and is caught by cells in your eyes that turn into signals for your brain.

Your brain creates an image based on signals. So what you see isn’t the object - it's a mental image.

So the question is:

“Who am I in here looking at the mental image of what's in front of me?”

The great Indian saint Ramana Maharshi devoted his entire spiritual path to asking himself:

“Who sees when I see? Who hears when I hear? Who feels when I feel?”

The Psychology of God

From a psychological perspective, spirituality protects the soul.

Studies show spiritual devotion:

  • reduces the risk of depression & substance abuse by 50–75%.

  • is the best protector against suicide.

  • is directly tied to lower suffering.

Our body and mind react with health and prosperity when we devote ourselves to the spiritual path.

Connection to God is a fundamental truth embedded in our very nature.

“Science vs. God”

What you perceive is the product of 13.8 billion years of evolution.

Its atoms pulled together by the laws of nature.

Meaning:

This moment before you is a match made in heaven.

People debate "Science vs. God".

But the issue is people don’t believe in either.

If you believed science explains creation, you’d live in awe. If you believed God created everything, you’d live in awe. Awe is what's missing.

We live in a world so perfect it should constantly blow our minds.

Scientists are our modern-day priests

Scientists teach us the laws of creation. Thus they teach us reality.

As we established in the beginning: God = Reality.

They show us:

  • The whole universe comes down to energy.

  • There’s nothing out there but atoms that are in constant communication

  • Every moment before you is connected through 13.8 billion years of evolution.

Scientists teach us God. Their work is holy.

So next time somebody asks me:

“Don’t these scientific facts challenge the belief that God is the creator of the universe?”

I will respond

“Of course not. They merely show you how God created all the structures in the universe.”
