I'm quitting 1:1 coaching

as I’ve already hinted at in the last couple of e-mails - the content in my newsletter and on my socials will change a bit throughout the next weeks and months.

In the last months, I have spent a lot of time learning the art of acceptance and acceptance-commitment therapy (ACT).

During my psychology studies, I learned a lot about therapeutic methods but this one is the one I resonate the most with. The Philosophy behind ACT is best explained with these 3 quotes:
