I'm going offline for 10 days
no laptop, no phones, no screens
I decided to go offline from July 5th to July 15th.
No phone. No laptop. No screens.
I’m doing a full electronics detox. I’ll spend this time offline to reset my mind and my nervous system.
For the last two years, I’ve been building my online business without ever fully stepping away.
Lately, I’ve noticed how much I check my phone… how much time I sit in front of screens… and how much my mind depends on the internet.
Honestly, that doesn’t feel good.
Coming back to Germany also brought up some old stuff. And I realized — this is the right time to pause.
I’ll spend these 10 days mostly in silence. I’m going to a monastery. I’ll journal, read a book I’ve been putting off, and just breathe. No noise. No rush. Just time to slow down and get clarity.
I also want to share this:
It’s okay to step away. It’s healthy to disconnect sometimes.
We live in a world that keeps us glued to our phones. But stepping back is sometimes exactly what we need.
So, you won’t get any newsletters from me during this time. But I’ll be back - stronger, clearer, and recharged.
Thank you so much for being here. I’m grateful for every single person reading this. You mean a lot to me.
When I’m back, I’ll share some pictures from this trip. I’m bringing my camera — but not my phone 😉
Take care of yourself. And maybe… try a little phone detox too.
Much love,
Heythem
P.S.: I’ll be available today and tomorrow though, so if any questions come up or you just wanna have a chat, reach out 🫶🙏
